Retail stationery and art items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Wholesale paper cannot be returned once cut or unpacked unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect. Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer or EasyPaisa within 3–5 business days of the item being received.

Sealed art supplies must still be sealed — opened ones are non-refundable.
